Sri panwa is one of the top properties in Thailand, perched high atop Cape Panwa and commanding breathtaking views of the Southeastern tip of Phuket, occupying the Cape Panwa peninsula in its entirety. Sri panwa is an oasis of calm and luxury in one of the finest locations on Phuket. The villas sit 40-60 metres above sea level along the eastern & western ridges and at the very tip of the cape, commanding breathtaking views of the surrounding islands and Andaman Sea. The villas offer panoramic ocean views, while some boast full and uninterrupted 300-degree ocean views. The interiors embrace the essence of Tropical Contemporary design by integrating its natural jungle and ocean surroundings with the modern comforts of luxury living.

One bedroom pool villa is nestled with its own infinity swimming pool with a jet stream Jacuzzi system, large master bedrooms dressed with the finest linens, an outdoor bathing area with a separate rain shower and a sunset pavilion of its own. Guests can also enjoy the perfect romantic evening in the outdoor sala or on an expansive sofa bed while our state of the art entertainment system provides background music.


About 230 – 300 sq.m.in size, the pool villa is facing a glimpse of Lone Island, Coral Island, Yon Bay, and Chalong Bay. Designed in a Tropical Contemporary style, both exterior and interior have been crafted to the highest standard and custom-built to follow the natural contours of the Panwa cape. Based on a two-person occupancy, each additional guest will be charged separately.


Baba Pool Club


Is home to many different areas of entertainment and dining. Sprawled across 5,000 square meters, it has a little something for everyone.


The indoor/outdoor building features a 25-meter infinity-edge lap pool, Pool Bar, BaBaQ Dining & Baba Cooking School where you can learn to cook with our local chefs, Baba88 Disco, Baba Space for meetings/functions, a Game Room and Yaya Boutique. The Poolclub is where most guests hang out during the day when not chilling in their own villas.

Yacht cruise in Koh Phi Phi, Koh Ha, and Koh Racha

51-foot yacht is a custom-built luxury cruising yacht, and was designed with Phuket in mind, with a great mix of indoor and outdoor areas and by offering a stunning BBQ on the aft deck for an al-fresco dining experience.


The spacious and superbly decorated salon features fine leather bound sofas and includes a flat screen TV/DVD/VCD and Bose lifestyle surround-sound stereo, whilst upstairs the enclosed flybridge is furnished in exactly the same way offering perfect views in air-conditioned comfort. For guests looking to take advantage of the glorious Phuket weather there is an upper sun deck.




The interior layout means that the boat can comfortably sleep 6 for an overnight excursion, with 3 cabins consisting of 2 double staterooms and 1 bunk cabin, all with flat screen TVs and DVD players, and 2 bathrooms with hot water showers. The master stateroom features its own ensuite bathroom. The galley is well appointed with everything needed to prepare gourmet meals including fridges, a freezer, oven microwave grill and Nespresso Coffee machine.


Koh Phi Phi


Koh Phi Phi is the number one most visited group of islet in Thailand, famous with sun bathing tourists taking in the breathtaking natural beach scenery and well-known amongst scuba divers as one of the most beautiful underwater locations for viewing coral reefs and multi-coloured sea fans. The main highlight on the island are twin curving bays at Koh Phi Phi Don, namely Ao Ton Tsai and Ao Loh Darum. From Ao Ton Tsai where Koh Phi Phi pier is situated, you can climb up to the viewpoint for a magnificent perspective of the twin bays. It takes a bit of effort to get there, but the pathway is safe, accessible and will certainly give you a good exercise. The panoramic view over the islands however is worth the effort for its wow factor.


Koh Ha


Koh Ha, or “Tuk Nalima” is a group of five islands, the largest being “Koh Ha Yai” most notable for its resemblance to a mainsail. Famous for its underwater beauty, the islands are popular stopovers for fun-loving snorkelers and scuba divers.


Koh Racha


Bungalow Bay of Koh Racha is one of the highlights of many peoples holiday. During the High Season the bay is very calm and has some good snorkeling and a great beach with a few local restaurants and the Racha Hotel.


Racha Noi is situated in the East side of the Island boasts one of the most scenic bays around and some unbelievable snorkeling.


A 3-day excursion is a prefect amount of time to explore all the islands and the seas surrounding them. There is no greater feeling than waking up in the morning with the sun rising over your own private piece of paradise.
